ARCO Rights

If you wish to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Opposition (ARCO) to the processing of personal information, you must send an email to the address indicated in the Contact section of this privacy notice. The email you send to exercise your ARCO rights must contain at least the following information:

  • Full name of the owner of the personal information;
  • Indicate which personal information you wish to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose its processing and the reason for this;
  • A copy of a valid official identification of the owner of the personal information;
  • Email address to send you notifications and updates.

Upon receiving your request, we will proceed with its analysis and issue a response within no more than 10 (ten) business days.
